Truths that I hold as I walk alongside you:
Concerns that bring us to therapy are often rooted in our life experiences, all we know is learned, and we as humans have an innate capacity to learn something new.
You deserve to experience a journey that is unique to you. This includes a tailored, individualized treatment plan that we collaboratively create as our compass to guide us.
Healing takes place through connection. This can be connection with others, but more importantly, within yourself.
You deserve high-quality guidance on your journey. This includes my provision of evidence-based and specialized therapeutic approaches.
To support someone with healing, we must consider, not just their thoughts, but also their physical, emotional, and spiritual landscape. What makes us who we are.
