I specialize in trauma and attachment, and offer therapy to adults, and parents, who are seeking:

Exploration of the past, and its impact on the present; in pursuit of healing and changing their future

Alleviation of anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms

A holistic, relational, and growth oriented approach centered in evidence-based interventions

Education, Background & Training:

  • Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2012.
  • Masters of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2017.
  • Licensed as an Associate Counselor in 2017.
  • Licensed as a Professional Counselor in 2022.
  • I have worked in the mental health field since 2012 with specialized training and extensive experience with complex trauma, attachment/ developmental trauma, relational trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders.
  • EMDR Trained in 2021, Certified since 2023, & EMDRIA Consultant since 2024.

Therapeutic approach includes:

  • Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) theory
  • Affect Regulation Theory, Attachment and Developmental Theories, Internal Family Systems Model, Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapies.
  • Holistic, Person-Centered, Strength-Based, and Spiritually/Culturally focused
