Hello, as you consider stepping into, or perhaps continuing, your healing journey, it can be
helpful to know a bit more about the person you’re considering trusting to guide you.
Truths that I hold as I walk Alongside You:
Healing takes place through connection. This can be connection with others, but more importantly, within yourself.
To support someone with healing, we must consider, not just their thoughts, but also their physical, emotional, and spiritual landscape. What makes us who we are.
The concerns that bring us to therapy are often rooted in our life experiences, all we know is learned, and we as humans have an innate capacity to learn something new.
You deserve to experience a journey that is unique to you. This includes a tailored, individualized treatment plan that we collaboratively create as our compass to guide us.
You deserve high-quality guidance on your journey. This includes my provision of evidence-based and specialized therapeutic approaches. It is my promise to provide a safe, trusting, transparent, and empathetic atmosphere; with a sprinkle of humor and an ultimate goal of efficient, effective care.
